Assistant/Associate Engineer Position

We are excited to announce an opening for one full-time, permanent non-exempt Assistant Engineer or an exempt Associate Engineer—depending on your qualifications. Both positions are part a represented job series and offer the opportunity to work on-site at our professional office. This role requires regular in-office attendance and was created due to an internal promotion.

Under general supervision of the District Engineer, this position performs a wide variety of civil engineering work related to the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of the District’s wastewater treatment plant and related facilities and performs a variety of studies and prepares and presents technical and staff reports, and performs related work as assigned.
