• When there is an open job listing, the Electronic Job Application below is provided for your convenience.
• When you’ve completed the form, please print it and save it to your computer.
• You can then either attach it to an e-mail  as a pdf document or mail/fax it to us at (415) 785-4347. Please ONLY use this jobs@lgvsd.org e-mail to submit your application.
• Again, please make sure save a copy and follow-up to verify receipt prior to any job-close date in the event a transmission error occurs.
• If you wish to have a paper application mailed or faxed to you instead, please call (415) 526-1521  and provide your name, address and telephone and/or fax number(s).
